William Waech is the principal of Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic School in West Bend, WI. He started in education as a Catholic middle school social studies teacher for four years and then felt called to leadership. The past seven years he has enjoyed leading his building and looking for ways to make it more Catholic. He loves sharing about ways to improve Catholic culture through virtue education in schools. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have a three-year-old and a one-year-old at home. For fun he loves camping in the north woods of Wisconsin and golfing.
